It’s only been a year since ReVo’s inception so we reached out to the staff to
ask them about their first year here at ReVo. Asking them things like Why
are you on staff? What does roleplay mean to you? Why is roleplay on ReVo
the best? And more.

My first year on
ReVo
is in-
creasingly hard to define for me.
It is difficult for me to separate
the last year on
ReVo
from
the last year in my real life be-
cause in many ways they are
synonymous.
I had always been the one that
always kept her options open.
Never really committing to
anyone or anything. Then one
night pieces just started falling
together and I took a stand.
I attribute much of the next
year of my life, on
ReVo
and
in real life, to that one decision.
I am on staff because I walked
through that door and em-
braced the challenge.
In the beginning I applied for a
SeNate position because I want-
ed to help rebuild a home, but
then something extraordinary
happened I fell in love with you.
Being a part of the
ReVo
fam-
ily has given me the opportunity
to get close to incredible people
that I rarely would have spoken
to otherwise. I have laughed,
cried, cursed and more with
more than one of you and now
you are the reason I am on staff.
I hope that I have shaped your
past year as much as you have
mine. My biggest regret is not
getting Elua up and running
successfully this year and I hope
to get that remedied in the near
future!
While I may not have real-
ized my own personal
ReVo
dreams this year,
ReVo
by
far surpassed any expectation
possible. I still remember when
we first introduced the
ReVo
theater.
The excitement! Funsies - the

There were so many new inno-
vations this year it makes me
wonder what we could possibly
bring you in year two. I, for
one, cannot wait to see!

Q.
Why are you on staff?
A.
It is home.
That's the simple answer. In
truth, I have been with
ReVo
since before it was
ReVo
.
Think way back, before it was
even shaped into an idea. I
have always stuck behind this
site and those who run it quite
simply because I share the same
ideas and dreams they do; to get
back to the roots of roleplay. To
create a close knit community
that welcomes everyone. To be
creative and mainstream.
