Fitness and Roleplay-

Roleplay is why we come to
Roleplay Evolution, and while
we are here sometimes we
forget things, like our fitness.
I'm a horrible one for this one.
I do it all the time. I spend
most of my day on and off the
computer, roleplaying, work-
ing on avatars, or just surfing
the web, and with that I don't
think about my fitness. I had
a thought, why not take five
minutes out of all the day I'm
on and do some fitness activi-
ty, now I'm not telling you that
you have to. No, I'm asking
you to. I'm asking you take
five minutes, or even ten min-
utes out of your day and try
some simple exercises. Why?
You may ask, well, our health
is important just as much as
our creativity. Things to try
is some stretches, sometimes
something as simple as step-
ping away from the computer
and stretching those muscles
will do wonders. Try stretch-
ing your arms over your
head as you take some deep
breathes, or even leaning and
stretching your arms to one
side then another. This will
also energize you a bit, as well
as work those muscles that
will lay in prone positions as
you sit at the computer. Now,
me, I'm starting a new journey
in my life, and so I'm going to
be taking small breaks and try
to walk. Now I know winter
is coming for some of us and
the idea of walking out in the
snow is not an appealing idea,
so instead, how about you
walk around your house? Just
take five minutes and just
walk a hall or around the living
room. Just move those mus-
cles, and work those juices, as
you know exercise can also
help your creativeness. Ac-
companying this short article
is an image that will show
some simple and easy exer-
cises that you can do while at
home. Also with this article
is a few stretches you can do
while at your computer desk,
something to do while you are
roleplaying so that you don't
get stiff and hurt yourself.
