The character to be featured
this issue is one played by
Neo, better known to a lot of
us roleplayers as Scott. He
plays in many different realms,
but he is best known for play-
ing in Supernatural Awaken-
ings. He is the master of char-
acters within the Anitaverse,
which is a world created by
the writer, Laurell K. Hamil-
ton, basedon her series, Anita
Blake: Vampire Hunter.
I was able to catch up to
Scott to discuss his character,
Tybalt, who is a Master Nec-
romancer and human servant.
The character is played within
the room of Luna del Caza-
dores, set in Madrid, Spain.
This is the interview that I was
able to get with Tybalt.
How did the character Tybalt
come into creation?
He was just a concept for
when this room started, I had
an idea to make a necroman-
cer here and me and a good
friend, Beth, decided to have
him marked to her vampire,
the Master of the City.
Tell us a little about Tybalt? What
are his dreams, goals in life?
He’s a sarcastic, sometimes
overconfident necromancer
who is not afraid of death,
nor of standing up to beings
who may be stronger than
him. He’s smart, however, he
knows how to push buttons
and when to stop pushing
them, and he’s also a bit
quirky in a way, hence all
the tattoos. His dreams and
goals for life? Seeing how
he’s marked to a vampire four
times that might be hard to
stretch out, right now it would
be helping rebuild the super-
natural community in Madrid.
What is one of the scariest
moments that you recall
happening to Tybalt? One of the
Saddest? Funniest?
I’m not sure if I have a scary
moment, maybe it’s when he
stood up and mouthed off to
the local Rat King, that could
probably be put down to one
of the funniest for him as well.
Saddest? I don’t think I’ve had
a moment of sadness, at least
not in RP with him.
What three character traits would
his friends use to describe Tybalt?
Depends on which ‘friends’, he
dun have many yet. Probably
stubborn, witty and sarcastic,
at least that’s what I hope.

character
Smart, wise, stubborn, arro-
gant, fun.
What has impacted your
character most and how?
I would say Tempest has had
the biggest impact on his life,
yanno, marking him, making
him sort of immortal and a
bit more powerful, that had a
huge impact, made him per-
haps a little more likely to go
‘belly up to the Rat King’ and
others.
Do you think a leader should be
feared or liked ?
A good leader should be liked,
feared and respected, I think
all three are possible, though
not nearly all are able to do all
three, if I had to choose one of
the three...I’d say respected.
Is Tybalt a leader or a follower?
I’d say both in a sense, he
knows when to step back and
let Tempest be in charge, but
overall his attitude is more
take charge, and that of a
leader charge, but overall his
attitude is more take charge,
and that of a leader.
